Request: The applicant requests variances from Land Development Ordinance (LDO) Section 6.3.1(G)(2) to allow the following encroachments: construction of an enclosed sunroom on the rear-side of the existing dwelling which will result in a total encroachment (existing dwelling and sunroom) of no more than 17 feet into the minimum rear setback of 20 feet; existing uncovered deck and stairs to encroach no more than 18 feet into the minimum rear setback of 20 feet; and, existing principal structure to encroach up to 0.2 feet into the minimum side setback of 10 feet along western property line.
